Talk about Moneyball : Jonah Hill pays $9M for Noho pad Oscar-nominated actor picks up four-bedroom, 3,300 sf unit at 36 Bleecker Street

Oscar-nominated actor Jonah Hill, of “Moneyball” and “The Wolf of Wall Street” fame, just bought a four-bedroom pad at the Schumacher building in Noho for $9.2 million.

The apartment also features original restored columns and beams that hearken back to the building’s former use as a printing factory, according to the New York Post.
